Our stand @Bett_show has been packed since the show opened.
We’re conducting a fun piece of research with both pupils, teachers and ICT specialists to find out what the best homework excuses are. The old favourites are all being wheeled out. Perhaps surprisingly “The dog ate it” is still quoted. And the “dog ate the computer” has also been mooted, as well as “the computer broke down”!
The second competition on stand is Name Our Camper Van. We’re asking visitors to help us christen Penstripe’s lovely shiny ‘new’ camper van (in reality it dates from 1972). You can enter via Twitter when you follow @Penstripe_ using #campervanname and so even if you can’t make it to Bett 2016, you can still take part.
Richard and Paul are also here with their camera filming all day so if you’d like to take part and come and share your thoughts on all things Homework and Planning orientated.
Whilst we’ve been demonstrating the all-new PenstripeEdu app today the overwhelming response has been “Wow – it’s really clear and that makes it the app easy simple for us all to use”.
And don’t forget to enter the #campervananme competition on @Penstripe_
Olaf Surtees has been with Penstripe for ten years; what he doesn’t know about teacher planners, student planners, and lesson planners isn’t worth knowing! He’s in charge of creating our blog content, helping teachers and administrators with helpful hints and tips, as well as our socials — see the links below to find out more.
