Towards the end of 2020 we circulated our annual Customer Feedback Survey to our Student Planner and Teacher Planner customers. We use this annual survey as an opportunity to seek advice on how we can improve things, but to also gauge generally how our customers are feeling.
I’m very happy to announce that on the whole the feedback was amazingly positive, we’ve taken on board any suggestions for improvement and will be working with those individuals to ensure we’re prepared for the 2021 season, and now we’d like to celebrate the successes with you.
I’ve collected together a select few of the comments below that I think powerfully demonstrates the connection we have with our customers. This last year even more than ever we’ve been there to support them with all manner of challenges they’ve faced in getting planners in the hands of staff and students.

Excellent, user friendly service and easy to follow system to set up the planners. Value for money is exceptional.
We are always please with the quality of the Penstripe student planners, each summer the staff and students are excited by the new designs! The Penstripe team are readily available on the phone and are most helpful in answering queries or providing technical support. We thoroughly recommend them.
