We’re pleased to say that Penstripe are still available to support all our customers throughout this very unusual time.
Our Sales, Customer Services and Finance teams are all working from home and thanks to a robust IT infrastructure this new way of working has been a near seamless transition. We’re actively following Government guidelines and have put stringent sanitisation and social distancing measures in place which has enabled our production team to safely continue work on site. Our production facility is highly automated therefore reducing dependency on a large team.
MyPenstripe, our online artwork tool is really coming in to its own. Being web based, the system can be accessed from virtually anywhere meaning preparation of artwork for your personalised planners can continue as before.
A weekly video meeting is in place with all our key partners to ensure our supply chain remains intact in what has become an ever changing and challenging business environment. Thanks to forward planning and a large warehouse, we have stocks of raw materials on site which further mitigates any risks associated to increased demand or logistical disruption.
Our whole team are positive and fully committed to doing the best for your students so that they can get off to the best start as soon as they are able to be back in the classroom.
